Cook wanted in Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Union County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $24 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
