Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
