Rebar fixer • Henry County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Henry County, Alabama. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites $3,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
