Dough maker — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Lee County, Virginia. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
