Chiller technician — Lancashire

Join our team: we are hiring a chiller technician in Lancashire, England. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Day-to-day duties: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs £110 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
