Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in LaGrange County, Indiana. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift.
