Plasterer wanted in Halifax County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer in Halifax County, Virginia. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Your main tasks: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
