Nursery worker — Nash County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Nash County, North Carolina. Day to day you will lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Part-time with flexible hours.
