Turning centre operator — Tehama County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Tehama County, California. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T On the job you will handle: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Meals and transport allowance provided.
