Butcher wanted in Johnson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Johnson County, Georgia. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
