We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Louisa County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
