We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Wyoming County, West Virginia. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
