Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
