Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Chippewa County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Full-time, day shift.
