Cook — Tuolumne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Tuolumne County, California. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
