Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nance County, Nebraska. You will work in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
