Collision repair technician — Custer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Custer County, South Dakota. The job is at a paint and panel shop. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Your main tasks: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
