Sewing machine operator — Briscoe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Briscoe County, Texas. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. Your main tasks: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
