Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly operator in Caswell County, North Carolina. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
