Cement mason — Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cement mason in Monroe County, Georgia. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
