You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
