Crane rigger wanted in Rabah

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Rabah, Sokoto State. You will be based at a container port. You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Rotating shifts.
