Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Dubuque County, Iowa. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
