HVAC installer — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Presentable and polite with customers on site Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
