Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Part-time with flexible hours.
