Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jerauld County, South Dakota. The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
