Single needle operator — Johnson County

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Johnson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
