Crawler crane operator — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Union County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day to day you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone.
