Pot washer — Hong

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Hong, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
