Power float operator — Gaya

Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Gaya, Kano State. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦195,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
