GMAW welder — Atchison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Atchison County, Missouri. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
