Marble worker — Nemaha County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble worker in Nemaha County, Nebraska. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Requirements: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Own hand tools an advantage Your main tasks: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
