Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
