Vacancy available: paint and prep technician (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Southampton, England. You will work in a spray booth. You will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
