QC technician wanted in Berrien County

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Berrien County, Georgia. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Six days a week, one day off.
