Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Harrison County, West Virginia. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Day to day you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
