Argon welder — Freestone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Freestone County, Texas. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Full-time, day shift.
