Backhoe loader operator — Charlevoix County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Charlevoix County, Michigan. You will work in an open-cast mine. The role involves read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
