Powder coating operator • Rusk County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Rusk County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Overtime paid at a premium rate.
