PVC profile cutter — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Washington County, Texas. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Day-to-day duties: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
