Toolroom milling operator wanted in Clark County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Clark County, Wisconsin. The job is in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters 1+ years on the tools preferred.
