Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter in Charles City County, Virginia. The job is in a factory paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; measure up and work out paint and material quantities.
