Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Hamilton County, Tennessee. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
