Deboner — Nembe

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Nembe, Bayelsa State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
