The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 2+ years on the tools preferred.
