Turning centre operator — Hockley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Hockley County, Texas. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
