Press operator • Craig County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press operator in Craig County, Virginia. You will be based on the press shop floor. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Six days a week, one day off.
