Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lea County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts On a typical shift you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
