Urgent requirement: formwork erector (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in Coffee County, Alabama. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
