Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Cascade County, Montana. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
